Summary

Just in time for hurricane season, the Hub has published the inaugural issue of The CHEER Chronicle.

I am excited to announce the launch of Hub’s e-newsletter! As the Hub strives to keep you up-to-date on all of CHEER’s activities, research initiatives, and achievements, I encourage you to read the latest issue of The CHEER Chronicle and subscribe to receive quarterly updates.

Each issue will summarize and highlight the latest happenings in the Hub. The CHEER Chronicle also provides an opportunity to establish a series of regular features, such as our newly launched Partner Perspectives column, that call attention to some of the Hub’s outreach efforts. Readers will also hear directly from Rachel Davidson, CHEER’s principal investigator, in the newsletter’s Message from the Director.

The next few months are busy for the Hub. Our team is looking forward to upcoming publications, exciting research opportunities, onboarding new Hub members, and the success of its second-annual summer scholars program. All of this is happening during a potentially record-breaking Atlantic hurricane season.

The next issue of our e-newsletter will be published in September. In the meantime, I encourage you to browse our website and share The CHEER Chronicle with those the Hub may have missed.

Best Wishes,
