BIOGRAPHY

Anmol Arora is a PhD student at the University of Delaware (UD) studying Disaster Science & Management. At UD, he strives to understand government decision-making processes, criteria, and outcomes related to disasters in the United States. Previously, he supported United Nations unpack resilience building in Africa and World Bank develop policy solutions to climate induced migration in East and West Africa. As an author, he published his first novel The Last Dance with Speaking Tiger Publisher in 2019. His creative writing illuminates complex social issues of identity, belongingness, conflict, and displacement.
